Kim's Corn Pudding

Introduction

This is a hearty side dish that my family loves over the holidays - or any day! This is a hearty side dish that my family loves over the holidays - or any day!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can kernel corn
    1 can cream style corn
    1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
    1 egg
    1/2 c sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9X9 inch pan with cooking spray, set aside. Drain kernel corn and mix with cream style. Add corn bread mix and stir. When blended add sour cream and beaten egg. Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake for 1 hour. Knife in the center will come out clean when done.

Serving Size: Makes 10 half cup servings
