Ingredients

    Zucchini, 100 grams (remove)
    Leeks, 65 grams (remove)
    Cabbage, napa, 80 grams (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 80 grams (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Cut up veg and toss it in pan with broth. Cover and cook until veg is just tender. Garnish with fresh cracked pepper.
