Buffalo Chicken Dip

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast
    3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
    1 pkg cream cheese
    1 cup ranch dressing
    1/4 cup red hot

Tips

Use pita bread, crackers, pita chips or whatever suits your fancy to dip with. (obviously the calories and fat are not calculated with the dip recipe)


Directions

Boil chicken breast until no longer pink.. Remove from water and cool. When cool, shred chicken and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350

Mix cream cheese, ranch, swiss in saucepan, cook until creamy. Stir in chicken and red hot. Place mixture in baking dish and heat until bubbly. approx. 30 min
