Chinese Chicken Salad

Introduction

I usually cut this recipe in half. It makes so much. I usually cut this recipe in half. It makes so much.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 bags chopped cabbage
    2 chicken breast, cooked & cubed
    2 pkg. top ramen noodles, dry without seasoning, and crumbled
    6 chopped green onions
    3 T. sesame seeds
    1 c. slivered almonds
    DRESSING:
    3/4 c. olive oil
    4 1/2 T. sugar
    4 1/2 T. rice vinegar
    2 t. salt
    1 t. pepper

Directions

Mix all together, toss with dressing. Chill. Use pre-cooked chicken. Rotisserie chicken is great for this.
