Now That's a Protein Shake!

Introduction

This is a delicious way to get both your protein shake and daily fruit serving in one sitting! This is a delicious way to get both your protein shake and daily fruit serving in one sitting!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Combine all ingredients into blender and blend till liquified.
    *4 tbls Yogurt 99%fat free Vanilla (or whatever flavor you prefer)
    *1 cup orange juice (I like lots of pulp)
    *1 cup frozen unsweetened Strawberries (thawed)
    *1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches (thawed)
    *2 scoops protein soy protein shake

    ***makes two servings****
    Divide in half and refridgerate one half for tomorrow!

Directions

Blend all ingredients till liquified. Refridgerate left overs for tomorrow's shake!
Makes 24 oz (2 servings)
