TexMex Skillet Rotini

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1- 5oz can Hormel Chicken
    1 - 5oz can Hormel Turkey
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    2 1/4 cups dry whole wheat rotini
    1 TBS dehydrated onion flakes
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp chili powder or more to taste
    approximately 1 cup water
    1/2 cup Mexican 4 cheese blend

Directions

Add all ingredients except the cheese into a 12 inch skillet. Bring to a boil then simmer covered, stirring occasionaly for about 20 minutes until the rotini is done. Sprinkle cheese over the top, re-cover and let melt. Makes about 6 servings.
