Introduction

A basic soup I threw together. You get to season it your way. It's great between meals when you need a little something warm. Add water to suit your needs. A basic soup I threw together. Ingredients

    1/2 cup lentils
    1/4 lrg onion
    1/3 cup sliced carrots
    3/4 cup green beans
    1/2 can lower sodium broth
    1/4 cup dry quinoa

    water as needed

Directions

Throw everything in a pot. Bring to boil, then simmer til lentils are soft. Serve up hot
