3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 cups Chicken Broth
8 oz Sour cream
4 oz Chopped Green Chilies
8 flour Tortillas
2 cups shredded chicken
4 cups Mozzarella Cheese (divided into 2 cups each)
the sauce thickens quicker on a gas stove. may take up to 15 min to thicken on electric stove (med-hi heat). place wrapped tortillas in a casserole dish that's as wide as the tortillas. you can also use creole seasoning in the chicken/cheese mixture. it really makes it perfect.
place the butter and flour into a frying pan. cook on med-hi for 5 min. add chicken broth. stir occasionally until sauce thickens. add sour cream and chilies.
pour sauce over tortillas and put the remaining 2 cups of cheese on top. place into 350 degree oven for 20 min. then broil for 3 min. serve
