2 lbs lean beef 1 onion 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. Soy sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch 3 c. water
5 c. long grain white rice
Cut beef into thin strips and cook with garlic until meat is browned. Add Worcestershire and Soy sauce as well as 2 c. water; simmer ten minutes. Cut peppers and onion into thin strips. Add to meat mixture and simmer five to ten minutes; do not overcook! Bring to a boil and add cornstarch dissolved in 1 c. cold water. Return to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Sauce will thicken as the mixture simmers/sits.
