French Toast

Introduction

An easy french toast made for small servings An easy french toast made for small servings
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1/4 cup 1%milk
    Vanilla Extract about 1 tsp
    1 T butter (or something for the pan)
    Bread (Sara Lee Delightful Multi Grain used)

Tips

Maybe 3 depending if you use the same bread. Here is the link to where I found this:

Directions

Beat egg, milk & vanilla in bowl with a fork.
Melt butter in a pan then dip bread in egg mixture. Cook low/med heat till bread is light brown ( about 3-5 min). Flip over and do the same on the other side.

Serving Size: makes 2 pieces
