1/4 Cup of salmon
3 saltine crackers, unsalted tops
2 T diced onion
1 Large eggwhite
1/8 tsp each - Morton lite salt mixture & black pepper
1 T Olive Oil
2. Put 1 Tablespoon olive oil into a skillet over med-low heat and add the pattie. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serving Size: Makes one pattie
