Knorr dip with greek yogurt and olive oil mayo

Introduction

Classic knorr spinach dip made with nonfat greek yogurt and low fat mayonnaise with olive oil Classic knorr spinach dip made with nonfat greek yogurt and low fat mayonnaise with olive oil
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.4 oz package Knorr vegetable mix
    10 oz chopped frozen spinach
    greek yogurt (16 oz or 17.5 oz package)
    1 cup kraft light mayonnaise with olive oil
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

Cook spinach according to instructions and cool. Drain and squeeze excess water out with paper towels. Add spinach to yogurt, mayonnaise, knorr mix, and water chestnuts in a large mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies.
