Spinach Almond Milk Puree/Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 medium onions
    1lb fresh spinach
    2-4 cloves garlic
    1" peeled ginger
    1 Tbsp curry powder
    2.5c Almond milk (plain)
    Salt to taste

Directions

Throw everything into the Vita-Mix blender, and blend. I blend until steam starts rising, then eat.

Serving Size: Makes at least 6 servings
