Turkey Chili without Beans

1 lb Turkey, Ground
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
5 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Onion, Dried
85 Grams Tomato Paste
100 Grams Quartered Cherry Tomatoes
4 oz Can Sliced Mushrooms
100 Grams Chopped Green Peppers
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Hot Chili Powder
I will usually cook the Turkey Chili the day before I plan to eat it so the flavors can really develop.
I used a hot New Mexican Chili Powder because I like my Chili hot. Use what you prefer.
There is no additional salt because the canned ingredients are loaded with salt.
2. Add minced Garlic and Dried Onion and mix well.
3. Add rest of ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hr.
