Ingredients

    2 - 6.4oz pouches of chunk light tuna (in water)
    4 T light mayo
    1 cap full of apple cider vinegar
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T pepper
    1 T celery salt or celery seed
    1/4 C or less of sunflower seeds (un-salted)
    1/4 C dried cranberries
    1/2 C celery (or more)
    1/3 C diced onion
