Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1-1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Directions

MIX cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides.

PLACE chicken in a shallow baking dish.

BAKE at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Variation:
Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch-wide strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 9 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning over after 5 minutes. Serve as an appetizer with your favorite salsa. Makes 16 appetizer servings.
