Chicken mandarin salad

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1) 4-pack (16oz) Del Monte fruit cup snacks no sugar added Mandarin oranges drained.
    2) 3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey.
    3) 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    4) 1/4 cup light mayonnaise.
    5) 1/4 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
    6) Tbsp. Honey
    7) Tbsp. Lemon or Lime juice

Directions

1) Combine chicken and almonds in medium salad bowl.
2) Thoroughly blend mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon Juice.
3) Toss gently with chicken mixture. Chill and serve on lettuce- lined plates. if desired
