Southwest Chili

Ingredients

    2 cans pinto beans (4 cups)
    1 can kidney beans (2 cups)
    2 cans diced tomatoes (4 cups)
    2lbs. extra lean ground beef (can substitute chicken breasts)
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    2tbsp. chili powder
    2tbsp. cumin
    1-2tbsp. paprika

Directions

add all canned ingredients to slow cooker; drain liquid from all but 3 cans. Add diced peppers. Brown ground beef, drain. Add to slow cooker. Add cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Cook on low 8 hours.
