    Ingredients:

    Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .05 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .05 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Parsely, raw 1 Tablespoon, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 cloves (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

rinse and drain lentils. in a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil reduce hear. cover and simmer for 45- 50 minutes or until lentils and vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally
