2.5 lbs (40 oz) of ground turkey 80/15
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp worchestire sauce
1 slice diced natures own whole wheat bread
1 fresh egg
.5 medium onion

Directions
dice onion and bread. mix all ingredients well and form into a loaf. place loaf in pan on top of aluminum foil. bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 40-50 min.
