Crockpot cheesy chicken & veggies

Ingredients

    2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can Healthy Request Cheddar cheese soup
    1 cup water
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 pounds chicken breasts, no skin
    1medium onion, peeled and chopped
    1 TBSP parsley

Directions

Mix soup, water,onion, parsley, and garlic powder in crockpot. Add chicken. Cook on low about 4 hours. Remove chicken and shred it. Add shredded chicken back to soup mixture and stir in. Add 16 oz. package of frozen mixed veggies. Stir well. Allow to continue cooking on low for about an hour.

Serve over rice. Yum!
