    Ingredients:

    Beef, eye of round, 24 oz ****DICED INTO BITE SIZED PIECES, 3 oz. IS THE NORM FOR BEEF, BUT COMBINED WITH ALL THE VEGGIES, YOU ARE GETTING JUST A PORTION OF A NORMAL SERVING!

    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    VEGGIE - BEANS,BLACK CANNED 15oz/approx 4oz per serving, 3.5 serving
    SALSA - MEDIUM 2TBSP/SERVINGS (15 PER JAR), 1 serving
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .33 cup cherry tomatoes *** DICED
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp

Directions

PLACE DICED BEEF, AND ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A NON-STICK SKILLET, BROWNING, "MARRYING THE FLAVORS" AND COOKING UNTIL ALL THE JUICES ARE REDUCED, TO YOUR DESIRED CONSISTANCY.
