Ingredients

    Beef for Stew
    onion
    Beef Stock
    carrot
    potato
    peas

Directions

Brown beef and onion. Add 1 quart beef stock and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 90 min. Add carrots and cook for 30 minutes. Add potato and cook for 30 minutes. Add peas and cook for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
