Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
    1 10 3/4 oz can beef broth
    1 chopped onion
    3 c chopped potatoes
    2 Tbs chili powder
    Garlic to taste
    (optional) hot sauce as desired

Tips

I added hot sauce and a few chopped carrots to mine. If you like spice this really needs the hot sauce for a kick. Otherwise you'll get a very tasty mild stew :)
Can be served with cheese or sour cream

Directions

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic together. Season as desired
Mix in soups, potatoes, chili powder.
Lower heat to simmer and cover. Cook until potatoes are done (about 15-20 min)
Add corn, uncover, cook 5 extra minutes.
