Susie's Chicken Kale Soup

Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast, bone in
    1 1/2 cups Onion, chopped
    2 stalks Celery,chpped
    1 1/2 cups Carrots, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, chopped
    8 cups Water
    1 tablespoon Chicken Soup Base
    1 1/2 cups Kale, chopped

Directions

Put all ingredients, except kale into a soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove chicken, add Kale and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. While kale is simmering, remove chicken from bone and cut or tear into bite size pieces. Return chicken to pot and enjoy!
