1 large can of tomato juice
2 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 cups of non fat milk
seasoned salt & garlic powder

Directions
Pour 3 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 large can of tomato juice, 2 cups of milk, brown sugar and seasonings into a crock pot. You can blend diced tomatoes into a puree` if you don't want chunks of tomatoes. Cook for 4 hours. Serving size is 1 cup. Enjoy!
