200g ground Lamb
Feta - Reduced Fat, 25 gram cut into little cubes
Sundried Tomato - 5 pieces, sliced into tiny pieces
1 Egg beaten
2 Tbsp Bread crumbs
Form into medium sized balls approx 1.5 inches round.
Spray oil into pan and cook meatballs over medium heat - being careful not to break them while turning them.
Serve with warmed pita bread, salad greens and a yoghurt dressing
