Introduction

Okay, not "technically" ambrosia...but you'd swear it was made from the Gods! Okay, not "technically" ambrosia...but you'd swear it was made from the Gods!

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Chia seeds
    1 cup frozen mixed fruit
    1/2 cup Oikos yogurt, plain
    1/4 tsp pure Almond extract
    1 Tbsp Truvia

Tips

Optional: If you use Agave instead of Truvia, adjust your nutritional values accordingly.


Directions

Assemble ingredients.
Warm frozen fruit in microwave.
Add Chia seeds and mix.
Mix Almond extract and Truvia with yogurt.
Fold in warmed fruit.
