Introduction

A nutritious meal in a glass! A nutritious meal in a glass!

Ingredients

    1 frozen banana
    1/2 C frozen mangos
    1/4 C frozen pineapples
    1/4 C orange juice
    1/4 C nondairy yogurt (optional)
    1/2 C nondairy milk (almond , soy, oat, rice, or hazelnut)
    1 Tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
    1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds

Tips

Use frozen fruits if possible for a thicker smoothie

For thinner smoothies, use extra juice or milk


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender
