Chicken Parm Casserole (no frying, no breading!)

Introduction

Easy chicken parm casserole without frying or breading! Easy chicken parm casserole without frying or breading!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5-6 chicken breasts (nutrition calcs are w/ 2 pds)
    2 cups tomatoe sauce
    5 oz garlic croutons
    8 oz mozz cheese (shredded)
    1 tbl fresh basil
    4 oz fresh parmasean
    Spray olive oil

Directions

In a baking dish spray with olive oil, add garlic & crushed red pepper (optional). Add chicken breast and top with tomotoe sauce, 1/2 mozz, basil, croutons, the other 1/2 of mozz and parm cheese. Bake on 350 for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
