Introduction

Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 cup carrots, raw, sliced
    1 cup peas, frozen
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup Sherry (or dry white wine)
    1/2 cup chickn broth
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

    Biscuits: this recipe does not include calories for biscuits. Log separately.

Directions

In the crock pot layer in following order:
onions, celery, carrots, chicken, poultry seasoning.

In a jar mix flour, chicken broth and Sherry. Pour over chicken.

Cook 6-8 hours on low.

1/2 hour before done add peas and cream then shred chicken.

Serve spooned over buttered bisuits.
