Steamed summer squash with lemon juice

Ingredients

Lemon juice Badia, 4 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Salt, 1 dash
Butter spreadable Breakstone's, 1 tbsp
Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
*Summer Squash, 1.5 cup, sliced
Tips
Directions
Slice yellow squash & zucchini in 1/4" to 1/2" slices & put in plastic bag. In bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper & melted butter, then pour in bag with squash & zucchini mixing thoroughly. Place in steamer basket (I use my rice cooker with basket) & steam about 15 minutes or tender. Then serve.
