Ingredients


    1 cup cooked green beans (frozen, no salt or sugar 1) can hearts of palm-rinsed
    1 can mushrooms rinsed
    5 jumbo olives-rinsed and sliced
    1/3 can kidney beans-no salt rinsed

    1/2 cup corn -canned no salt or sugar (or baby corn)
    dried minced garlic
    optional: cumin, oregano, basil to taste.

Tips

less sodium beacuse green beans, kidney beans and corn are salt free. olives, mushrooms and hearts of palm are rinsed well in collander.


Directions

cook whatever is frozen.
rinse whatever has salt.
