Pork Chops and mushroom Rice

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup white rice uncooked
chopped fresh parsley (5 or 6 sprigs)
1/2 cup mushroom chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 1/2 cups water
seasoning to taste (eg. salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Tips
you can grill the chops for a few minutes on each side first if you desire- but i skip the additional step and eat them as is they still taste great.
Directions
Add all ingredients to a casserole dish except porkchops. Stir and spread evenly across bottom. Sprinkle pork chops with your chosen combo off spices. Place on top of rice mixture and cover with aluminim foil. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
