1 cup Whole Grain Oats
1 cup milk (2%)
1/4 cup Apricots (chopped)
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
If you prefer a moister desert, you can add a little bit more milk. You can also ajust by using skim milk and/or using a sweetener instead of the brown sugar. You can also use virtually any kind of dried fruit.
