GF Dairy Free Pizza

Introduction

Love pizza but can't have gluten or cheese? Love pizza but can't have gluten or cheese?
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 bag Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix
    4 Tbsp olive oil
    .5 tsp dried rosemary
    1 cup marinara sauce
    3 servings turkey pepperoni
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 can black olives, chopped
    2 cups fresh spinach




Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Spread 2 tbsp olive oil in bottom of pizza pan.
3. In a large shallow bowl, add .5 cup water to cornbread mix and work it until it's like a ball of dough. Add more water one tbsp at a time if necessary.
4. Spread dough evenly in pan. I like mine thin.
5. Spread remaining olive oil over the top of the dough.
6. Sprinkle rosemary over oil and dough.
7. Bake for 10 minutes. I use this time to chop onions, olives, and to gather pepperoni and spinach. Remove from oven.
7. Spread marinara over hot dough.
8. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over marinara, any way you like.
9. Bake for 20 more minutes.
10. Cut into 8 peices and ENJOY!!!
