Beef stroganoff with egg noodles

Ingredients

2 tbsp Light margarine
1 lb of lean beef cubes
1 large can of mushrooms with juice
1 cup beef broth or stock
1 tbsp onion powder or to taste
1 clove minced garlic 0r to taste
1 tsp worchester sauce
1 cube beef boullion
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 tbsp on cornstarch mixed with approx 1/4 water (used as a thickener)
1 bag of No-Yolks egg noodles
Tips
If you prefer, you can combine the beef and noodles together.
Directions
Melt margarine in a pan, add beef and brown. Reduce heat cover and simmer on low for approx. 30 min. to tenderize beef. Add mushrooms, onion, minced garlic, boullion, beef stock, worchester sauce, salt, pepper and cook on med low for an additional 20 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream. Mix cornstach with about 1/4 cup of water and add to thicken. Cook another 5 minutes or until combined well. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Serve beef mixture over noodles. Enjoy!
