Introduction

Ingredients

    7c water
    2c chopped carrots
    1.75c sauteed red onion
    2c frozen corn kernels
    2c frozen peas
    1.75c diced tomatoes in sauce
    1c diced potato
    1.5 stalks chopped celery
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon italian seasoning
    ground red pepper to taste

Directions

add water, veggies & seasoning. cook on high 5-6 hours or low 8-9 hours.
