Introduction

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 cup egg substitue
    2 cups mashed banana
    1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    4 cups whole grain (soft white wheat) flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ginger
    1 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Tips

these are great frozen!


Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix wet ingredients until smooth. Sift in dry ingredients. Stil until just blended. Poir batter into greased muffin tins or greased and floured bread pans. Bake until golden brown-about 20 to 25 minutes
