Applesauce Bread

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/2 tso baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/4 tsp salt
    2.5 cups applesauce
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup fat free milk
    1 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal

Directions

Sift first 7 ingredients. COmbine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk in mixing bowl. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in 3/4 cup cereal. Turn batter into greased and floured bread pan. Spriknle with remaining cereal. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
