    Butter,
    Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
    Heavy Whipping Cream
    Stevia to taste

Directions

Melt Butter in saucepan. Add Cocoa and Stevia. Mix Very well. Stir in HWC until blended. Place on foil or wax paper and freeze to set.
