Tasty Homemade Yogurt

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Cups Non Fat Milk
    1/3 Cup Dry Milk
    1/2 Cup Cultured Non Fat Plain Yogurt
    1 Cup Frozen Berries (other fruit can be substituted - calories and nutrients will very)
    10 teaspoons Splenda

Directions

Heat 4 Sups Non Fat Milk in sauce pan to 170 degrees
Remove from heat and cool to 100 degrees and add1/3 cup dry Milk and 1/2 cup cultured Non Fat Plain Yogurt

Place berries and Splenda in 8 individual serving cups or bulk yogurt maker.

Pour milk mixture into cups, place in yogurt maker and make according to directions of yogurt maker.

Makes 8 Servings
