Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Cups of White Rice Long Grain uncooked
    1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    2.5 Cups of Water (tap)

Directions

Place water, olive oil, onion powder and salt to boil. Once the water is boiling, add rice and allow to cook at medium heat. When water dryer out, cover rice pot (with lid) and lower heat to cook another 10-12 min.

Serving Size: 1 Cup (cooked)
