Chicken Medley

Number of Servings: 4


    1 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed
    1/2 Can Yellow Sweet Corn, (12 oz)
    1/2 Cup Birds Eye Cut Green Beans, frozen,
    1/4 Cup Contadina Tomato Sauce
    1 Tbsp Adobo Goya Seasoning
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) to taste


You can add other veggies!


Cut chicken breast into small bite size pieces. In a pot add oil and adobo. Heat and add chicken pieces. StirFry a few min and add corn, green beans, tomato sauce and a little water. Let simmer for a few min and keep adding water until chicken is cooked.

Serving Size: 1 Cup (cooked)
