Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    16 oz. cooked diced chicken
    i cup raw celery
    3 cup red leaf lettuce (shreaded
    .5 cup Romaine lettuce (shreaded
    .5cup Green bell pepper
    1 med red tomatoe
    1 cup chopped raw carrotts
    1 Tbs. fat free mayo
    2 Tbs terryaki sauce

Tips

I always cook extra chicken and freeze it for salads.


Directions

If you cook your own chicken it adds about an hour to prep time. mix mayo. and terryaki. Mix salad vegetables add dressing.
