Introduction

After having this dish at Olive Garden I searched the web for how to make it and found tons of variations. This one I created based on what I had on hand and wanted to add. Ingredients

    1 12oz bag frozen shrimp (cooked) (thawed)
    1/2 1lb bag frozen scallops (thawed)
    1 frozen cod fillet (thawed) cut into chunks
    1/2 pkg frozen mussels (thawed)
    1 med onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can italian stewed tomatoes
    1 cup dry white wine
    1 lemon, juiced
    2 tblsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped fresh spinach
    1 tsp black pepper
    dash red pepper flakes

Directions

heat olive oil over medium heat
add onion and garlic, sautee until tender
add tomatoes, lemon juice, wine, and spices, simmer 5 minutes
add cod, scallops, and mussels, simmer about 5 minutes, until mostly cooked, mussels opened
add shrimp, simmer until heated through
removed from heat, stir in spinach
top with water or stock to make more of a soup
Serving Size: 6
