Ingredients

    2 large russet potatoes
    1 tablespoon Canola Oil

Tips

Note* Use a manual chip chopper - for exact thickness on all sides, important step - for even cooking of the chips.


Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into fries of equal size, no more than 2/3 of an inch thick on all sides.

Rinse potato chips in cold water, several times (to remove excess starch) with a kitchen tea towel, thoroughly dry the chips.

Place the chips into the Acti-Fry pan. Drizzle evenly with the 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
Set cook timer for 35 minutes, done perfectly when the timer beeps.
Season with salt and pepper when chips are cooked.


Serving Size: Makes: 8 - 1 cup serving
