Curried Chicken & Rice

Introduction

Simple to make - just combine the ingredients in a slow cooker and walk away!! Simple to make - just combine the ingredients in a slow cooker and walk away!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breast
    1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
    2 tbsp curry powder
    1/2 tbsp tumeric
    1 tbsp flour
    4 cups wild rice (8 cups cooked)

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix chicken, soup and spices into a slow cooker. Cook on low at least 6 hours. Add flour (if needed) to thicken sauce.
Service over 1/2 cup of rice

Serving Size: Makes 8 generous servings
