Ingredients

Turkey, cooked, chopped, 12oz
Carrots, raw, siced, 1 medium
Onions, raw, chopped, 2 medium
Mushrooms, fresh, chopped, 3oz
Turkey Gravy, 0.5 cup
Mixed herbs, dried, 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Flour, white, self-raising,0.5 cup
Pure, dairy-free margarine, 0.25 cup
Directions
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and brown the onions. Add the carrots and cook for 2 mins, then add the mushrooms and cook for a further 2 mins. Mix in a pie dish with the turkey, mixed herbs, pepper and gravy. Rub the flour and margarine together and add a little water to form a soft dough. Roll out to fit the top of the pie dish, crimp the edges and pierce in several places with a knife. Place in a preheated oven (175C) and cook for 30 minutes until the top browns slightly. Serve with new potatoes and/or green vegatables.
