Introduction

This is my mishmosh version of miso soup using what I found at the local Asian store. This is my mishmosh version of miso soup using what I found at the local Asian store.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 tbsp wakame
    1 tsp bonito flakes
    1 tsp doenjang (it was a lot less expensive than the miso paste!!)

Tips

I like adding tofu and mushrooms. You can also add some pepper flakes for added punch!


Directions

Bring 3 c water to a boil. Add wakame, lower the heat to let it simmer. When wakame has unfolded, add bonito and doenjang; stir until dissolved. Enjoy!
